Shakespeare’s ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’ with an Afro-Caribbean twist

A new take on Shakespeare’s ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’ comes from Teatro SEA, with life-sized puppets and a Latin twist on the tale.
The bilingual arts-in-education organization in New York City brings the play to life with custom-made puppets of all sizes to stand in for the Athenians and other characters. The puppets are made in Teatro SEA’s workshop in Puerto Rico.
